For Fu Wu Shi Gold Blitz Ultimate, I led milestone planning and monitored production progress, creating a detailed schedule that guided the team and ensured accountability. I created animations for symbols and effects using SPINE and in-engine tools, pushing for high-quality visual polish—such as refined firework spark effects—while maintaining strict performance standards. Collaborating closely with the creative and design teams, I contributed to enhancing game features and strengthening the game’s visual identity. I localized text assets and implemented image assets and visual effects within the game engine, optimizing for performance and file size. Even after the loss of a key technical designer, I took on additional responsibilities while keeping to an aggressive schedule and successfully meeting all project timelines. Additionally, I tracked, managed, and resolved animation and presentation bugs throughout development.
